The cage system is designed to be easy to install. You can easily set up the customized chicken layer cage in your poultry farm with minimal effort. We also provide installation guidance.
Descriptions of drinking system
Farmrob's advanced watering system is engineered to deliver a consistent, clean, and efficient water supply for your layers.
Key Features:
- Dual Water Lines: The system features double water lines with double nipples to guarantee an ample supply of fresh water, ensuring birds can drink at any time.
- Patented Nipple Drinkers: Our patented nipple drinkers are designed to minimize water waste and prevent clogging effectively, made from non-aging stainless steel and durable plastic to ensure long-term performance.
- Durable UPVC Piping: Constructed from high-quality UPVC that resists deformation, the water pipe is positioned 400mm from the front net for easy inspection and maintenance (for a cage depth of 650mm).
- Precise Pressure Control & Filter: Each tier is equipped with a pressure regulator and two terminal blocks to maintain optimal water pressure. Filter guarantees that chickens have access to clean and healthy water.
- Efficient Backflush System: A dedicated backflush device allows for easy cleaning by discharging dirty water from the flushing line directly outside the poultry house, simplifying maintenance and supporting barn hygiene.
A sufficient supply of clean, potable water at ambient temperature must always be available for the poultry house. An emergency reserve capable of sustaining the flock for three days should be maintained to ensure a continuous supply and to allow for proper water sedimentation.
